Being an ally within WIM+ means:

  • Speaking up when inappropriate behavior occurs
  • Taking responsibility for making every space safer
  • Raising awareness among peers
  • Actively contributing ideas and solutions for positive change

Being an ally isn’t just something you call yourself,  it’s something you keep practicing through accountability, reflection, and action.

How the network works

You join the WIM+ Ally Network through an online intake form. This is the first step: a low-threshold way to express support and share how they would like to contribute.

From there, the network develops in a more active direction. Allies who want to engage further are invited to participate in brainstorm sessions and online workshops, where ideas are shaped into concrete next steps for the community.

There are currently two levels of involvement: Supporters and Ambassadors.

Stay connected through the Ally newsletter and follow the development of the network.

Actively contribute by sharing input, joining brainstorms, and helping shape initiatives within the community.
